How to Order
Our collections can be browsed on our website, but purchases are not made online.

Purchase Terms
1. Formation of the Contract
A purchase agreement is established when the customer confirms the order and completes payment in-store. All purchases are made in person, by appointment only. Products cannot be ordered online or shipped to another location.
2. Payment Methods
We accept card payments only, processed at the time of pickup.
Cash payments and invoicing are not available.
3. Product Availability
All products are available exclusively in-store. Once a product is confirmed, it will be reserved for you until your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is missed or not rescheduled in advance, the item may be released for sale again.
Please note: Some of the products we showcase on Instagram may not be visible or available on our website. All items can be purchased only in-store. We recommend visiting us or contacting the store directly for the latest availability.
4. Product Information
We aim to keep all product descriptions and images as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, minor variations between the product and website photos may occur.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
As purchases are made in person with the opportunity to try and inspect items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please make your selection carefully during your visit.
6. Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe your product is defective or faulty, please contact our customer service via phone or Instagram as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
