Customer Service & Appointments
All fittings and pickups at Fimonaa are by appointment only to ensure a personalised and seamless experience. Once you express interest in a product, we’ll arrange your appointment directly through conversation, either via Instagram or phone.
Store visits are available daily between 11 AM and 6 PM, by confirmed appointment only. Please arrive on time, as appointments are one-on-one and delays may affect other bookings. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
