Terms of Delivery & Payment
In-Store Purchase Only
Fimonaa does not offer home delivery or postal shipping. All products must be purchased and collected in person at our store in Vantaa. We do not process orders through an online store, and delivery to homes or other addresses is not available.
Pickup & Appointment
All purchases are to be picked up by appointment. Appointments ensure you receive personalized service, including fittings if needed, and a smooth purchase experience.
Store visits are available daily between 11 AM and 6 PM, by confirmed appointment only.
Please arrive on time, as appointments are one-on-one and delays may affect other bookings. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Information
Payment is completed at the time of pickup, after your fitting or product check.
We accept Card payments only.
