No Returns or Exchanges
Fimonaa does not offer a return or exchange policy. All purchases are made in-store, where customers have the opportunity to try on and inspect items before making a final decision. We kindly ask that you review your selection carefully at the time of purchase, as all sales are final.
Returns by Mail Are Not Accepted
As returns are not part of our policy, we do not accept any returns by mail or through courier services under any circumstances.
In-Store Appointments Required
All purchases—and any potential concerns—must be addressed in person and by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins or unsolicited returns. If you need assistance after your purchase, please contact us to book an appointment.
No Home Delivery or Shipping
Fimonaa does not offer home delivery or postal shipping. All items are to be purchased and picked up directly from our store in Vantaa, by appointment.
