DELIVERY AND TRACKING
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time by post is about 2-5 working days. Fimonaa.com delivers products only within Finland.
Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods.
How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that
contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn’t
work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@fimonaa.com. or by phone +358 44 2370500 .
If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
Do you deliver orders to my country?
We deliver only in Finland for now.
Are all of the products in my order sent together?
We always try to ship the products in the same shipment, really rare if we send products in different shipments.
Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world. The majority are
delivered from Asiaand Europe to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level
of quality.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I change my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been sent yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to
change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Yes, if your order hasn’t been sent yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to cancel
your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order, as long as they’re
unused and in their original packaging. -When making a return, always send us a notification of your return using the electronic return form. You can find this form in the menu.Once we’ve received your return,we’ll email you with a refund confirmation.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges can be made within 14 days after receiving your order. -If you want to change your product to another size or color, please indicate this on the electronic return form. We will notify you by e-mail of the delivery time for replacement products.
When changing the product, please return the normal package and place a new order for the desired product / size. When the return package arrives to us, we will refund you the price of the product you have returned, as well as any postage at the order stage. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll email you once your exchange order has been dispatched.
